kundalini  YOGA

BEYOND THE PHYSICAL

A PRACTICE OF
AWAKENING

Classical Kundalini Yoga is a practice of awakening — a path of working with body, breath, mind and subtle energy in service of a deeper transformation of consciousness.

Through asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation, the practice gradually prepares the body and mind, refines the movement of prana and creates the conditions for Kundalini — the latent spiritual power within us — to awaken.

Ultimately, the practice points beyond the techniques themselves: toward greater awareness, freedom from our conditioning, and the recognition of our deepest nature.

PRACTICE WITH ME

We practice Kundalini Yoga in 21-day cycles, with each cycle dedicated to one of the seven chakras.

Over three weeks, we meet for three shared practices, allowing time between each session to continue the practice, observe what unfolds and deepen our relationship with the work.

Each cycle can be joined individually, while together the seven cycles form a longer journey through the chakra system.
