Our work begins with the person who is already here — with your life as it is, the questions you are carrying, the patterns you find yourself returning to and the moments where something no longer feels true.
Together, we create space to look more closely. To understand what is shaping the way you think, feel and choose — and to distinguish between what needs your attention, what asks to be felt, and what you may finally be ready to stop carrying.
The intention is not endless self-improvement. It is greater freedom in the way you live.
Your private mentoring unfolds over 21 days and includes two online sessions, with email support in between, Tuesday through Thursday.
Depending on where you are, what you’re working through and what you want to move toward, I’ll create a personal practice for you — something you can return to and continue working with long after our time together.
